Expired Day Pass

I know I'm a season or two late to be spewing my love for this collection, but the side of me that doesn't want to dress like a total hobo wants someone to buy her these:

Nutra Loaf

For some reason, every channel that I've stopped on lately has had something to do with prison.
This weekend, I watched as a Canadian writer felt the need to "live the life of a Russian prisoner" for a night.
A few months back there was a documentary about the most notorious prisons in America (the things I've learned that you can whittle into a weapon, dudes!!)
And now - Bronson!
In my mind, I picture Tom Hardy (during his "down time") as the most soft-spoken, eloquent man.
THE MAN CAN ACT if that's the case!
I'm probably the furthest thing from a "movie critic," as my top five movies include such gems as White Chicks, and Wayne's World. But my attention was held throughout the entire movie, and I even went back to watch the special features (I NEVER DO THAT! YOU THINK I HAVE THE ATTENTION SPAN FOR THAT?!)
If you're unfamiliar with my rating system, don't fret - you'll pick it up quickly!
I GIVE THIS MOVIE 4 MAD CHILDS OUT OF A POSSIBLE 5!!
Who's Mad Child!?!?!?!?!?

TOTAL BABES!

Ever notice that Babe (the orig.) was a sweet and satisfying tale, yet Babe: Pig In The City was this dark, horrifying trip?!

A group of us were discussing some of the scariest movies we'd ever seen, and my top five were:

Candyman (c/o Jeanette Johnson's parents who'd let us rent ANYTHING)
Pet Cemetary (seen in Bryony Ricker's basement in grade 4)
Blair Witch Project (I'm terrified of any form of paranormal activity, as I've recently been told that I have "the gift" - which freaks me the hell out)
Paranormal Activity (DUH!!!!)
Babe: Pig In The City

AMIRITE?!

CAN CANS CANT CANNON CANADA CANNED

I've been playing this game all day, and can't stop!

WHILE I'M HERE!!

workin' for a livin'

Hope you're excited to see more of me around here...time is going to be permitting me a lot more visitations in the coming weeks.
MORE SLOTH FRIDAYS (which have been sorely missed by many), MORE TRINKETS THAT I CAN'T AFFORD, AND MORE YAMMERINGS ABOUT CURRENT EVENTS!!
And seeing as tomorrow is Valentine's Day, you can be sure that I'll find a romantic picture involving my favourite past times. In the meantime......

Love stinks! Minnesota farmer spreads manure in shape of heart for wife's Valentine's Day gift

ALBERT LEA, Minn. - Nothing says "I love you" like a half-mile nearly-kilometre wide heart made out of manure.
A southern Minnesota man created the Valentine's Day gift for his wife of 37 years in their farm field about 12 miles (19 kilometres) southwest of Albert Lea.
Bruce Andersland told the Alberta Lea Tribune that he started the project with his tractor and manure spreader Wednesday and finished Thursday.
His wife, Beth, says it's the biggest and most original Valentine she has ever received. She says some people might think it's gross, but she says it's cute and "Why not do something fun with what you got?"

Themes to adopt into my 2010 wardrobe

WATCH OUT VOGUE!!!!!!!

As of late, most of my gripping opinions have been surrounding The Bachelor, my throbbing legs due to an attempt to exercise on a regular basis, and my etsy site.
The etsy site has been a lot more fun than originally anticipated, but also a lot more work than I expected!
My kudos go out to the women and men out there who're able to make a living off of their internet wares.
One day, perhaps I will join your ranks. But until then, I will putter alongside, with my two p/t jobs in tow, trying to keep up.
